Challenge

A brand and website that didn't keep up with product innovation

Digiteam's digital presence was the main point of friction in its growth journey.

The existing website was difficult to update, with a dated visual identity and a discourse that did not clearly communicate the power of its Field Service Management solution.

This digital fragility was a symptom of a deeper challenge: a fragmented brand architecture ("Digitrack" and "Digiteam") that created noise and prevented the construction of a strong, unified market positioning.
The barrier was clear: how could they present themselves as market leaders with a digital storefront that did not reflect that leadership?

Solution

The digital strategy born from a brand unification insight.

To design an impactful digital solution, we first needed powerful insight. The answer was simplification.

We unified the brand under the name "Digiteam" and defined a strategic concept that would guide the entire WebDev project: "Lead the Way".

This vision unfolded into the four pillars of the value proposition — Control, Connection, Efficiency, and Transformation — which worked as the blueprint for the architecture of the new site.

The platform would not only be a repository of information, but the digital embodiment of the promise of empowering managers and transforming operations.

Result

The journey from strategy to screen: design, content, and technology.

With the foundation of the Brand Strategy and Visual Identity established, our WebDev team immersed themselves in the creation of the new digital platform.

The UX and UI process translated the new identity into an intuitive user experience, designed to simplify complex information and guide the strategic decision-maker through the solution's discovery journey.

The structure of the website was designed to give prominence and robustness to each module of the service, such as Service Management, Route Optimization and Analytics, using strategic content to demonstrate the benefits in a clear and direct way.

Built to ensure performance and scalability, the new website eliminated the difficulty of updating and became a flexible platform, ready to accompany Digiteam's expansion in the Latin American market.
